The staff provided really good assistance, meeting all my needs. I appreciated the team accommodated a late check-out request. The hotel offered complimentary transport from the ferry. Very helpful. I found the attention to detail excellent. The cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me, every area super clean. The gym had state-of-the-art equipment for workouts.
I noticed a slight delay in service at the beach club due to high demand.
